6th Grade Basketball -- Monday's game (1/24) against Comstock has been canceled due to the weather. The 7th and 8th grade games against Lakeshore are still on.
6th Grade Basketball -- We have added one more game. The team will play at Parchment MS on 2/16 at 6:00 pm. This change should now be reflected on our online schedule.
HS Bowling -- just a note that the conference meet will be held on Friday, February 18 at Airway Lanes in Portage, beginning at 9 AM. The meet was previously listed as 2/19. Sorry for the confusion.
Coach Anastacio is holding a meeting in his classroom on Tuesday, 1/25, immediately after school for any boys interested in playing HS golf this spring. If you cannot make it please contact him at aanastacio@shps.org.

6th grade basketball -- we have added a pair of games on 1/27 (away at Watervliet MS) and 2/15 (home at SHHS). Pleases check the online schedule for changes.
JV Boys Basketball -- We have added a game tomorrow (Friday, 1/14) at home vs. Benton Harbor at 5:00 pm. Sorry for all of the changes this week.
Out of an abundance of caution, the South Haven Bowling Team will cease activities from Thursday (1/13) through Monday (1/17). That means that the competitions scheduled for today and Monday are canceled and will be rescheduled to a later date. Coaches will be in contact with players next week about resuming activities.
HS Comp. Cheer -- the Loy Norrix Invitational has been canceled and removed from the schedule. In its place the Rams will be going to the Dowagiac Invite on 2/7 at Dowagiac Union HS.
HS Boys Basketball -- the boys varsity & JV games with Michigan Lutheran HS have been rescheduled for Wednesday, 2/9, at MLHS. The JV will play at 6:00 with the varsity to follow (approx. 7:30). ML does not have a freshman team.
HS Boys Basketball -- Parchment had to drop the JV boys game this Friday, 1/14. The schedule for this Friday at Parchment will therefore be:
5:45 p.m. - Boys freshman basketball vs. South Haven.
7:15 p.m. - Boys varsity basketball vs. South Haven.
The JV boys will make up this game on Wednesday, 1/26, at Parchment at 5:00 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Girls Varsity Basketball -- a home game has been added against Benton Harbor for Wednesday, 1/19 at 5:30 pm. This addition should be reflected in the online schedule.
HS Bowling -- please note a few changes in the schedule:
1) Wednesday's match (1/12) at Saugatuck will not be played and will instead be rescheduled to a later date.
2) Thursday (1/13) the Rams will host Gobles at Lakeside Lanes beginning at 5:45 pm.
The high school boys basketball games scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, 1/11) against the West Michigan Hornets will not be played and will instead be rescheduled for a later date. Players will likely have practice and will be hearing from their coaches soon. Sorry for the confusion.
Middle school girls basketball will practice Tuesday (1/11/22). Practice will be held at Baseline's gym for all three grades (6-8) from 4:30-6:00 pm.
The 8th grade team will practice an additional 30 minutes until 6:30 pm
The bathrooms are working in Baseline but there is NOT potable water. Athletes must bring their own water bottles and MAY NOT drink Baseline's water.
MS cheer practice will take place today at Lincoln from 4:15-6:00 pm.
MS wrestling will practice at Baseline from 2:30-4:30 in the cafeteria today (Tuesday, 1/11). Toilets are working but the water cannot be consumed so PLEASE bring a water bottle.
Due to continuing water issues at Baseline, all MS sports practices are canceled for Monday (1/10). This includes wrestling, girls basketball and competitive cheer.
