Monday is incoming 10 -12 grades 5-7 pm
Tuesday is incoming 9th graders. ONLY 5-7 pm (at North Shore Elementary)
Wednesday - Friday is 9-12 grades. 5-7 pm
Thursday - is 4-6 pm

Arrive at 4:30 ( Gear)
Pre-practice 4:45
On the field at 5:00
End practice at 7:00
Clean up and depart at 7:15
Smiley Beach workout: MWF 7 am. Meet at Kids Korner
Weights MW 4-4:30 HS ( Thurs 3-3:30 )

South Haven Cheer will be holding a car wash. See the attached flyer. Come on down, get your car cleaned and support our girls.
Just a reminder that all MS & HS athletes planning on playing a school-sponsored sport must have a completed physical to participate in the fall. Practices begin for HS sports on August 8, and for MS sports on August 22. You MUST have a physical on file at that time to be able to practice.

REMINDER: SHHS will be hosting sports physicals next Wednesday evening. See the attached flyer. Physicals are REQUIRED to play school-sponsored sports and this may be the easiest way to get it done.

SOUTH HAVEN ROCKET FOOTBALL:
-Tackle Registration (3rd-6th grade) & Cheerleading (k-6th grade)
Closes this Saturday July 9th.
-Tackle football uniform fitting for those new to tackle or those wanting to order practice pants through us will be this Sunday (7/10) from 5-7pm @ Baseline Rocket Football Concession.
The 7th ANNUAL DEVON SMILEY FOOTBALL CAMP will be July 18th- July 20th from 6:00-8:00 pm @ Baseline MS Football Field.
-In person registration for the 7th annual Devon Smiley Football Camp (K-8th grade) will also be this Sunday 5-7pm @ Baseline Rocket Football Concession.
-Registration will also take place before camp starts, this is for those that want their shirts when camp starts. Otherwise,those who register at the start of camp will not get their shirts until approximately one week later.
High school girls golf practice will begin on Monday, August 8 at HawksHead Links. Practice will be held from 3:00-5:15, Monday-Friday at HawksHead. For more information contact Coach Shanley at bgshanley@gmail.com.

South Haven will be hosting a physical night on July 27 and will have forms on site.
Registration for high school & middle school sports may look a little different this year. South Haven Athletics will be utilizing FinalForms to collect and manage information related to academic, medical, and athletic paperwork. Stay tuned for more information later in July.
START INFORMATION FOR HS GIRLS SWIMMING & DIVING:
High school girls swim practice will begin on Monday, August 8 at 2:30 pm at the SHHS Pool. Any questions can be directed to Coach Julie Bell at jbell@shps.org or by cell at 269-214-0919.
Please remember that all athletes planning on participating in a school-sponsored sport MUST have a completed physical in file in the office.
This is a reminder that South Haven Athletics is closed for the week of July 4-July 10. All programming is on hold and will resume on Monday, July 11. Enjoy your week off!

Next week (7/3/22 - 7/9/22) is the MHSAA-mandated dead week for South Haven Athletics. This means that we will not be holding Ram Power, and all open gyms and workouts are closed during that period. All programming will resume on Monday, 7/11. Enjoy your summer!

YOUTH TRACK AND FIELD CAMP -- See the attached flyer for a youth track and field camp. The camp will take place at Maple Grove Elementary from June 28-July 1, 9:00-11:30 am. Cost is $35.
